Delete your Sorted account

You can ask us to delete your Sorted account at any time, from the app or from this page.

In the app

1. Open Sorted and log in.
2. Customers: go to Account. Dry cleaners: go to Shop.
3. Tap Delete account and send the request.

Without the app

Send us a message from the phone number or email on your account, saying you want it deleted.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, phone number, email and state.
• Your photos, shop details and payout bank account.
• Your login. You won't be able to sign in with the account again.

We may keep records of completed and paid orders where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute. We confirm by message once your account is deleted.
